Frequently asked questions
General
Yes! For roasted beans, we typically offer a medium roast suited to the coffee’s origin and profile. Custom roast levels are available for wholesale orders or orders 1kg+. Get in touch to discuss.
We don’t offer free samples, but we occasionally include sample taster packs with certain orders or promotions so keep an eye on our newsletter and social medias!
We currently ship across the UK. If you’re outside the UK and interested in our coffee, drop us a message as we may be able to arrange something.
We roast to order. Please allow 2–4 working days for processing, plus shipping time. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas), processing may take slightly longer.
Absolutely, you can manage your subscription anytime through your customer account.
Yes, we’ll send an email before each renewal so you can make changes if needed.
Yes, we supply 1kg bags for cafes, retailers, and events. Discounts start from 5 bags (5% off) and scale up to 15% off for bulk orders. Contact us for a wholesale info pack.
Our training is suitable for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced professionals. Sessions are available for individuals or small groups of up to three people, with the option to add additional participants for an extra fee. At present, training is delivered on site at your premises, as equipment and a suitable setup are required and we do not yet have a dedicated training hub.
Yes! We offer gift boxes and digital gift cards. Please get in touch for more information.
Yes, we plan to attend in person events within the year. Keep an eye out on our social media for updates.
Keep it in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid storing it in the fridge or freezer, as moisture can ruin the beans.
