We offer fast and reliable shipping methods to ensure that your freshly roasted coffee and merchandise are delivered to your doorstep promptly. Our packaging is designed to maintain the quality and freshness of our products during transit. As for the costs, we aim to keep them reasonable and transparent, so you know exactly what to expect. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make sure you have the best experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Processing Times

Coffee: Roasted to order. Please allow 1–3 working days for processing before dispatch.

Clothing: Made to order. Please allow 1–3 working days for processing.
Estimated Delivery Times

Coffee: 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Clothing: 5–7 working days depending on order size and location.
Shipping Method & Tracking

We use different carriers depending on the size and type of your order.

All orders are shipped using standard tracked delivery.

You’ll receive an email with your tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Costs

Shipping is based on the weight of your order.

The base rate is £3.90 (covers most coffee orders).

Clothing may have a higher rate depending on order size.

Free shipping on all orders over £99.
Local Delivery
We offer local drop-off for some areas, but this must be arranged with us before placing your order. Please contact us to confirm availability.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order, but please note the following:
What Can Be Returned?

Coffee and perishable products are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Merchandise (clothing) can be returned if:

You contact us before sending it back.

It’s returned within 14 days of delivery.

It is unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Barista Training Sessions

Require a deposit or full payment in advance.

Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled session.
Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service for returns.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
