All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
We accept payment through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). All payments must be made in full before dispatch or delivery of services.
Bulk discounts apply to certain products (e.g. 1kg coffee bags) and are calculated automatically at checkout.
Subscriptions
When you subscribe to regular coffee deliveries:

You agree to be billed at the frequency and rate you select.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us.

Subscription orders are billed in advance and shipped on a rolling schedule.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged.
We reserve the right to modify subscription terms or pause service with reasonable notice.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the UK. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or incorrect address details provided by you.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns on roasted coffee due to its perishable nature. However:

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

For merchandise or non-perishable items, you may return unused items in original condition within 14 days for a refund or exchange (excluding postage costs).
Barista training sessions are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date.
Barista Training Waiver
Participation in barista training involves the use of hot liquids and commercial equipment. By booking or attending, you agree to our Liability Waiver, which must be signed prior to participation.
If your employer is booking the session, they may accept responsibility on your behalf. A signed waiver or confirmation of indemnity is required before training begins.
Wholesale & Business Clients
Wholesale partners agree to separate commercial terms, including volume discounts and payment terms.
We reserve the right to approve or decline wholesale partnerships based on capacity and alignment with our brand values.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product descriptions, logos, and images, are the property of Sweet Grind and may not be used without permission.
Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our site or placing an order, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling your order and improving our services.
Limitation of Liability
