About the farmers
Our beans are sourced from the renowned Daterra estate in Patrocínio, within Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro region and grown at altitudes of around 950 –1,200 metres on one of Brazil’s most advanced and sustainably minded coffee farms. At Daterra, more than 60% of the land is set aside as protected natural reserve; the operation holds the distinction of being the world’s first Rainforest Alliance Grade A certified coffee estate. From careful varietal selection and advanced drying systems to meticulous harvest practices, the farm blends innovation with respect for the land.
